"What a fantastic experience we had with Tommy and the crew. We had been planning to make some big improvements to our yard and landscaping for well over a year. We solicited multiple quotes and simply felt the most comfortable with Tommy. We were not disappointed. We had Tommy and his team install several sections of new fencing around the house, some of which were redwood panels that we provided, and some of which his team built from the ground up. All were completed to the highest standards of quality and look amazing. Tommy also replaced the old turf in our backyard with new, much higher-quality turf that looks and feels great. Additionally, we had him install drainage and an irrigation system, as well-designed planter areas for our plants and trees with beautiful river rock backdrops. Last, but certainly not least, was the large concrete patio, driveway replacement, and walkway on the side of our house. All the concrete areas feature a charcoal Roman slate stamp design that was Tommy’s suggestion. We had looked at other designs and methods, but Tommy's suggestion saved us money and is gorgeous. Not only was Tommy's overall pricing extremely fair and more competitive than all the other quotes we received, but he was also very easy to work with. I also must add that some of the contractors who quoted our project wanted to charge us for a design plan. Not Tommy. We had an idea of what we wanted and where, but he filled in the details with his extensive experience and creativity. All without insisting on CAD-based designing that others wanted to charge large sums for. We simply walked through the design details at each step of the project, often replacing our good ideas with Tommy's even better ideas, and it turned out perfect for us. Sun Diego has my highest recommendation for any landscaping project, and they will be my only choice for."

"We called Tommy from Sun Diego when we had some minor flooding issues after a period of extreme rain (for San Diego). Our entire backyard was draining towards the house, and as soon as Tommy showed up, he could see the reasons, and he gave us some great recommendations on how to fix that. We talked about what we wanted to do, and he took measurements. He sent a written estimate to us within a few hours of the initial visit.
The work started a couple weeks later (~2.5) and it was completed on time. We did add a few extras like running underground power lines, and additional spots for drainage, and the project was still finished on time. He and his crew were extremely respectful, and professional, they showed up on time, worked very hard and efficiently and they communicated well.
I would totally recommend Tommy and Sun Diego Landscaping & Design to anyone looking to add value, and beauty to their property. He and his team really can do it all."
